Please enroll during the enrollment period on the Language Center website. The closing date for enrollments is listed in each course description. Please pay the course fee by credit card or bank transfer. As soon as the Language Center has checked your details and received your payment, your place on the course is assured. You will receive an email from the Language Center confirming your acceptance on to the course.
If you withdraw from the course, your fee will not be refunded. We would nevertheless be grateful if you could email the Language Center Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know that you are no longer able to participate in the course, so that we can give your place on the course to another student.
Cancellation of courses and substitution of lecturers
The Language Center reserves the right to cancel courses at short notice if enrollment numbers are too low, if a lecturer is unable to teach a course, and/or for other significant reasons. Some courses may be given by lecturers who are not listed in the course description if, for example, there are several parallel courses or if a course is taught by a substitute lecturer.
