Enrollment

Please enroll on the Language Center website. Once you have received a confirmation email from the Language Center, your enrollment is binding.

Withdrawal

Once you have enrolled for the coaching sessions, you can withdraw your enrollment free of charge up to 7 days after receipt of the Language Center confirmation email. You will be charged the full fee if you withdraw more than 7 days after receipt of the confirmation email or if you fail to turn up to the sessions at the agreed time. Withdrawals must be made in writing by email to the Language Center Secretariat (englisch@sprachen.uzh.ch). Verbal and/or written withdrawals made directly to the lecturer(s) are not valid. Failure to pay, or partial payment of, the coaching fee does not constitute a withdrawal.
